She told me that the collection was sent to there company and that ‘s why it ‘s reporting. I asked her to delete the account because I never signed and authorized contract with there company this was with the University i attended. She stated that they do not delete because it was sent over by the school. I ask her to send me validation she sent over a contract from XXXX XXXX and not there office
