Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XXXX, 2017 I sent a validation letter to Resident collect inc. to validate an alleged debt which they saw I owe, I do n’t agree, so I need validation. 5 days later I received a computer generated bill with what looks like a someone forged my signature. I sent a follow up validation letter and received the same computer generated paperwork. I never did business with Resident collect, I never agreed to pay this company a dime! I want to know why I owe this company {$4200.00}. please have them provide proof of any agreement that grants them authority to say I owe a debt, Resident collection authority to collect on any alleged debt any any judge name that signed off on this alleged debt.
