Consumer Complaint: XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) stated they have sued me on BEHALF of Capital One Bank N.A. However, Capital One Bank has no authority of the account as they sold it to XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX, who is a debt collector which therefore means that they can not sue me on Captial One Banks behalf. This is a very shady and unethical practice by this Debt Collector as they are trying to seem as if Capital One is suing me when they are in fact NOT!

Secondly, I ask via CERTIFIED MAIL for XXXX to provide me with the following : 1. ORIGINAL agreement with the creditor that authorizes you to collect on this alleged debt 2. The agreement bearing my ORIGINAL signature stating that I have agreed to assume the debt 3. Valid ORIGINAL copies of the debt agreement stating the amount of the debt and interest charges 4. Proof that the Statute of Limitations has not expired 5. Complete and ORIGINAL payment history on this account along with an accounting of all additional charges being assessed 6. Proof that XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX. exhausted ALL methods to attempt to collect or settle the debt in question 7. Show me that you are licensed to collect in my state ; and 8. Your license numbers and Registered Agent Instead of sending the above, they sent me a packet of photocopied pages of statements that I have never once seen before. They also sent a photo copied letter with a hand written date on it which is not legal to do as well as told me I am not allowed to get the above information.
