Without notifying me that the account was sold off, Selip and Stylianous sent me via the XXXX County Court System a notification that they are suing me on behalf of XXXX XXXX. When I contacted XXXX XXXX, they said that the account was not theirs anymore and had nothing to do with the lawsuit. I inquired to Selip and Stylianous LLP about why they never contacted me before suing me and they would not respond.
