Consumer Complaint: Medical Data System, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, AL XXXX. The company call and I asked them to send me a paper statement and they refuse to. They told me that with payment arrangements they have to have a CC or Checking account in file. I spoke with 3 different people and all three of them were very rude and nasty. The supervisor told me she did n’t care that it was my resonabilty to pay my debt. Which I am very aware of it and I am willing to pay the bill but why is it I ca n’t get a paper statement and mail my payment in. These are some XXXX and rude people and they all should be fired.
