Consumer Complaint: Well on XXXX XXXX this client that had my services for 3 months decided to do a chargeback of the amount of {$60.00} after those {$60.00} were returned back to my account it was taken out again and my account back to negative but now with an extra {$20.00} on it so now im – {$80.00} on my account, after numerous calls to paypal regarding this case i was told is still being reviewed and it might take up 75 days, but no one told me that if the case is still being reviewed i had to pay the balance or i was going be sent to collection, no one gave a warning regarding that balance they just kept saying is still under investigation, and it will be taken care of by paypal. Its been almost 3 1/2 months since this case been opened and since paypal sent proof to the bank institution, So now i want paypal to fix this issue and get my credit score fixed because now paypal has ruined my credit score, If paypal is unwilling to take action against this case ill get a hold of my attorney and have them take action against Paypal Inc. If paypal can also do me a favor and close my account once they fixed this issue because for what just happened im staying far away from paypal as possible thats for sure. Once paypal has resolved my account and fixed my credit score i want my Paypal account closed asap. I Wont be doing bossiness or getting near paypal ever again.
