Consumer Complaint: I noticed on my credit report a collection account from Franklin Collection Service. I contacted them and requested a detailed description of charges as well as a signed document with the medical provider. The collection agency contacted XXXX XXXX Hospital and the hospital released to the collection agency a third party, my medical history, procedures, and tests without my consent. They did not send me a signed document from the medical provider. I feel that my rights have been violated. I never received a bill or notification from XXXX XXXX Hospital and this bill was placed on my credit report.
