Consumer Complaint: I recently wrote an email to Best Buy about harassing me concerning a payment for my account. I was making payments, but they continued to call me two to three times a day nonstop. Dealing with XXXX, this did not help me but only frustrated me more. Afterwards, I sent an email informing of filing a complaint and the calls ceased. However, they illegally took an unauthorized amount of {$80.00} out of my account. The payments were setup for {$27.00} and without my permission, Best Buy took the past due amount. This illegal action caused my bank account to be overdrawn. I will never buy anything from this company.
