Consumer Complaint: I got a loan from Big Picture Loans for {$700.00} XX/XX/XXXX. I paid the complete principal back to them plus about an additional {$300.00} in interest by early XX/XX/XXXX. This company is a complete scam. I sent them a letter to stop taking money out of my account and also stopped payment at my bank on any ACH withdrawals.
I could not keep up with the {$190.00} payment taken out twice per month which they would have continued until XX/XX/XXXX if I had not done something.
They keep calling me almost daily. I am afraid they will sue me. I have no further funds available to pay them.
