Consumer Complaint: On XXXX I contacted PDQ about a debt they had in their office. I disputed the debt and was threatened that this would be added on my credit report and ruin my credit and then I was hung up on. On X/X/17 I contacted the company again because they did just as they threatened and ruined my credit report by adding this as a collections. The manager threatened me once again and told me I was a liar before once again hanging up on me. His name is XXXX XXXX. The amount they claim I owe is {$1100.00}.
