Consumer Complaint: Initially when I got out of college me and my cosigner were harassed and then while I was struggling my mother agreed to help me out then we learned about forebearance forms a year after and we used those to help me buy some time and ease the burden off of my mothers payment. We asked if we could lower my loan payments and it was met with we need to pay a certain amount to lower my payments. Now fast forward to around XX/XX/XXXX/XX/XX/XXXX we finally got access to lower our payments and put into this 13 month program and we talked to mycosigner and me and my mother were told that we will be paying on my debt and now the phone calls have stopped but we are still getting mail from navient saying we owe more money.
