Consumer Complaint: I sent a letter to Credit Collection Services on X/XX/17 to have this item removed from my credit report. I had XXXX XXXX which was requested by my doctor. I was billed {$85.00} by the XXXX. I called the XXXX several times to have them resubmit the amount to my insurance company per the insurance company ‘s request. After thinking it was taking care of I learned of an open collection for this company on my report. Days later I receive a letter in the mail. I called the company on XX/XX/XXXX requesting a response to my letter and was told they do not respond to letters and could n’t send me a response via email or to my home address. I was told I would need to go to their website and submit payment first before clearing anything up. I verified that this company is n’t licensed to conduct business in the state of CT so why are the doing so?
