Consumer Complaint: I receive multiple calls from Navient on a daily basis in regards to my student loans. I was told by a lawyer that I can request that they not call or contact me by phone. I made this request to Navient but continued to receive numerous calls each day, when I asked why I was still receiving calls I was told that I did not make my request in writing. In response I sent Navient a cease and desist letter informing them that I do not want to receive any calls. To this day I am still receiving call from Navient on an hourly basis.
