XX/XX/XXXX XXXX Navient called again, different male rep. He states it ‘s not noted in my account and interrupts me and asks if the phone number is a landline or a cell phone. How could I be at work answering a landline/home phone? He sounded confused and un-confident. I disconnected the call.
