Consumer Complaint: Back in XX/XX/XXXX-XX/XX/XXXX, I noticed that there was something on my credit report that did not belong to me. So I sent them a letter disputing the information, therefore they deleted it off all of my credit reports. My wife received a call on today XX/XX/XXXX from a restricted number stating that they have some legal documents for me to sign. When I told them that it did not belong to me they gave me the telephone number ( XXXX ), and then they told me to hire a lawyer because they are suing for fraud.
