Consumer Complaint: Financial Data Systems Dates : XX/XX/17 {$64.00} XX/XX/2017 {$64.00} I pulled my Credit Report and notice a collection agency called Financial Data System. I have no idea why this company is collecting on a debt from XXXX XXXX who is also not the original clinic I went to for services. I have never been to XXXX XXXX and never signed a HIPPA form with them or and paperwork to validate this debt. I went to XXXX XXXX and signed a HIPPA form with them and did not give them permission to release my personal information or any services I received to this company. I have written all XXXX Credit Bureaus and asked this be removed off my credit report, because it a violation of HIPPA and to provide Validation of something I signed with Financial Data System or XXXX XXXX and the refuse to remove this collection. They always say it has been verified but not validated and never provides proof. I would like this removed of all 3 of my Credit reports.
