Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, a man named XXXX XXXX from this company ( offices of XXXX ) called a family member and told them all the information about this issue. The family memeber called me and relayed all the information and I called him back. He was extreanly rude and belittling. He told me I would be arrested in the morning. He told me I would never amount to anything or have anything of my own because of my credit score and proceeded to laugh. He made me cry with his belittling. He should not have told anybody any information and it is illegal that he did. I wish for something to be done.
