Consumer Complaint: Navient did not sent out notice that the debt was due until several months later, by then our interest was racking up. When I finally call them up and the lady on the line said yes your loan was due long ago and the interest now is $ XXXX. I have no choice but to paid the debt in full immediately so the interest stop racking up. I have paid the debt by now but now I just read an article about Navient being sue and I realized I am not alone. What can I do now? Thank you for your help. XXXX XXXX of XXXX, CA
