Consumer Complaint: I met with a HUD approved credit counseling agency in XX/XX/XXXX and setup a payment arrangement with Debt Recovery Solutions for a prior XXXX balance. I sent the money directly to XXXX paying {$50.00} per month since XX/XX/XXXX. When I realized I had been sending the payments to XXXX, I contacted Debt Recovery Solutions in XX/XX/XXXX and sent a letter via certified mail to have the money sent from XXXX to Debt Recovery Solutions per the instructions of XXXX XXXX with Debt Recovery Solutions. After no response, another letter was sent to Debt Recovery Solutions on XX/XX/XXXX that was sent certified mail and again no response. I attached all the payment receipts and this debt has been paid in full, however, is still reporting to the credit agencies. I tried to call Debt Recovery Solutions again today, XX/XX/XXXX, and was hung up on twice ( after being very cordial and only asking for an update ). On my third attempt, a gentlemen referred me to call XXXX XXXX who is handling my case at XXXX. I called that number and there was no answer and no voicemail to leave a message. I am not sure what to do at this point to resolve the matter.
