Consumer Complaint: Yes I do believe this is with the same company XXXX XXXX, I spoke with several representatives from the company explaining that I am unemployed, no income and that I am unable to pay any monies. I am sick, this is stressing me out and this company has repeatedly been harrassing me calling my cell all times of morning, evenings, and even at nights when I have asked them not to, calling me from various numbers and with different persons name, now I get home and received a threatening email from this person : XXXXXXXXXXXX, XXXX XXXX with Cash Advance, threatening to sue and serve me a supeona and even threaten to call my job, what job, I told them I am not working, I need something done about this, telling me I will be serve at my door. Attached is the email that I received, I can not afford any attorney or do anything else at this time, I have no money. Is there anything that you can assist me with in contacting this person, this is brutal harassment, I realized that there is a bill I owe, but things happen beyond your control, and there is nothing I can do.
