Consumer Complaint: Optimum Outcomes has sent serverl invoices stating there is a outstanding balance of {$290.00}. I have reached out to this company asking for validation of this debt including a signed contract with their company, In turn I got a letter XX/XX/XXXX stating that this is all the validation they will give and that this is the last time that they will not send me any type of verification or validation. I still have not gotten a signed contract w/ this company or any identifying information that this is indeed my debt. No identifying character, DOB, SSN, account #, date of service, or a signed contract. I contacted the company on XX/XX/XXXX and spoke with XXXX. I asked for validaiton including a signed contract with this company. XXXX then stated that she does not have to prove anything to me and I need to pay this debt I then informed XXXX that I have been a victim of Idenity theft serveral times and I need validiation with a signed contract. XXXX then told me that I am a liar and that the debt needs to be paid or else and disconnected the call.
