Consumer Complaint: It was n’t timely, but I did 100 % pay off my student loan debt. However, after checking my credit report it shows that I have a balance of {$0.00} but does not show that I am paid in full. I ‘ve contact Navient via email, phone and fax and this issue is still not resolved. Even when I spoke with their customer service they stated that I do n’t owe any money but I ‘d have to contact another department that took care of that issue … but they only accept faxes! I sent a fax with my the copy of the credit report and a letter months ago and have not received a response. If I ‘m wrong and owe them, fine, but contact me so I may know.
