Consumer Complaint: The company called Eastpointe group on behalf of XXXX contacted me several times over the course of the last month. I advised them that I do not have any contracts with the company and do not wish to receive further communication on my cell phone. They have continues to call and have begun contacting my place of employment, phishing for information about me. Today, XX/XX/XXXX, they contacted my work at XXXX XXXX and advised my front desk that they are seeking to collect a debt and need information about me. I contacted them and asked them to cease contacting me on my cell and at work, and the representative stated that if i do n’t give them {$300.00}, they will start taking money from my account.
