Consumer Complaint: I recently saw on my credit report that I owe XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX {$1200.00} for medical bills. However I received a letter from Phoenix Financial Services LLC on XX/XX/XXXX saying I owe {$1200.00} to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I did an investigation and found out that the original creditor is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX which is Located in XXXX XXXX, Louisiana. The letter also states that the date I use the facility was XX/XX/XXXX. I have n’t been to that facility and I had a full coverage insurance because of my XXXX that ‘s from XXXX. Also to add I was receiving calls from one of those company and I did explain to them that I did n’t owe any money to them and if I do they should send it to my insurance company but they wanted me to do a payment plan and pay out of pocket.
