Consumer Complaint: Phone call to XXXX and Transunion to inform them that this debt owed to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was included in my bankruptcy on XXXX 2014. It ‘s noted on my credit file with XXXX but not recorded with XXXX or Transunion. Asked them to follow suit with no resolution as it is being reported on both as charged off or delinquent. Then after that call it showing as updated and a new hard inquiry which is putting a negative mark on my credit file.
