Consumer Complaint: Nationstar refused to discuss information on a short sale contract I was approved on to purchase.from them. Contract date XXXX/XXXX/XXXX to expire on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. I requested an extension to close on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX because of extensive damages to the property from XXXX/XXXX/XXXX til XXXX/XXXX/XXXX.
I was told they cancelled the offer because of the request. It states in my contract with the seller about damages when going to close. They refused to consider two contractors estimates of water intrusion and black mold clean up. The home is not habitable, It is rat and mice infested, cat and dog poop and urine everywhere, cat hair everywhere.
Nationstar refused to talk to me even after they cancelled my contract. please help!
