Consumer Complaint: PORTFOLIO RECOVERY calls 2 -3 every other day but never leaves a message. I looked them up on the web site XXXX and the consumers complaints are that they are a debt collection agency. I have no debt that I owe anyone. Their phone numbers changes every time they call so it ‘s impossible to block their calls. I ‘m frustrated with all the scam/fishing calls I continuously receive every day. When is the government going to start making examples of these companies that completely ignore the Do Not Call registry?
