Consumer Complaint: I received a correspondence from First Federal Credit Control, XXXX dated XXXX XXXX, XXXX about an alleged debt. On XXXX XXXX, XXXX, I sent First Federal Credit Control a certified letter requesting valididation of the alleged debt, and demanding that they only contact me via mail to my current mailing address.
On XXXX XXXX, XXXX at XXXX, I received a call from their representative inquiring on how I want to make the payment on the account. I politely informed her that I sent them a validation letter, and also demaded that they do not contact me via telephone. The representative rudely told me that I owe the company, I must pay or it will be reported to the credit reporting agencies.
On XXXX XXXX, XXXX, I received an alert from XXXX stating that First Federal Credit Control added a collection account to my credit report.
I made it very clear in my letter to provide me validation of the alleged debt, to not contact me via email, and also requested that they do not report this alleged debt until they validate this alleged debt. I still have not received any responses from my correspondence nor any documents validating this alleged debt.
