Consumer Complaint: Date of loss : XXXX/XXXX/XXXX Total Damages : {$3200.00} On XXXX XXXX XXXX I was driving on a freeway name XXXX XXXX or XXXX East bound I aproached the intersection of XXXX and XXXX and stoped at a red light. I was in the second line wich was a either or opcion to continue straight or make a legal right hand turn. So when I had a green light to continue I began to make a right hand turn, as I was turning I saw a car go by me but by the time I stopped I felt that the car had swiped the right hand side of the service vehicle that I was driving. It was a individual that was not suppose to continue straight, because that was a right hand turn XXXX XXXX. When police arrived no parties were cited due to the lack of witnesses, the person that caused the accident is a customer of XXXX XXXX. This is the second time that they are making an illegal attempt to collect the amount shown above. There is no judgement from any court that make this legal of makes me liable for the damages. This company XXXX XXXX Department located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX, IL XXXX Phone ( XXXX XXXX XXXX Fax XXXX XXXX XXXX They are making treats of having my license suspended and garnishing from my bank account. I made contact with them and explained the details of the accident in wich I was involved and they refuse to acknowledge the fact that XXXX XXXX XXXX was the person who caused the accident.
