Consumer Complaint: I was in school full time from XXXX XXXX until I graduated from XXXX XXXX in XXXX of XXXX. During this time my loans were in deferment. Upon graduation I was informed that I have 6 months to not have to make payments. I filed for IBR payments in XXXX XXXX and have made all required payments on time, without fail, since then. Upon looking at my credit report this year, somehow my account with ACS is delinquent from XXXX XXXX XXXX, but then goes current again starting in XXXX XXXX and has been since. Somehow, in less than a month after graduation, I am 60 days late on a student loan within my 6 month grace period.

I ‘ve contacted ACS several times about this. I ‘ve let them know that I have several other student loans and NONE of them have reported any late payments, ever. They have been completely unhelpful with this situation and are completely unwilling to help me out with this error on their behalf.
