There is no online capability to make payments, so there is no possibility to track electronically. All payments have been made my mail with a check. I have tracked some of these payments with check numbers. I finally was able to communicate with someone with XXXX a few yrs ago. I found out we were not on the same page of payments made. I found out their address had changed when I received a return mailed check, no one had told me their address had changed and I had to research how to get a hold of someone there. When asking my bank for proof of payments, they told me they destroy all bank transactions that are older than XXXX yrs old. XXXX does not have any proof of transactions either. My payments are divided into XXXX different accounts when received for deposit. It also takes a long time for them to get deposited. I do not receive any confirmation, and was told I never will receive any kind of receipt.
