Crown Asset Management claims to be Representing the best interest ‘s of the Creditor – XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ).
But in reality, they are being deceptive & have purchased by contract, for a unspecific amount of Funds, at pennies on the Dollar.
Thus releasing me from any further or future Obligation to my former Creditor ; upon being ” Purchased ” /Transaction to Crown Asset Management LLC., which I might add ; without my knowledge or consent.
I never agreed to any terms or conditions with Crown Asset Management LLC. I am under ” No ” Legal obligation to any collection agencies, and my written contract was with XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) only.
Furthermore, This is clearly violation of the ” Fair Debt Practices Act ”, that no collection agency, can filed a lawsuit against a consumer.
