Consumer Complaint: I received a letter from Central Financial Control that was dated XX/XX/XXXX. The outstanding balances are for the following medical bills and dates of service : {$350.00} XXXX XX/XX/XXXX {$1000.00} XXXX XX/XX/XXXX{$350.00} XXXX XX/XX/XXXX {$550.00} XXXX XX/XX/XXXX Within the letter, they state that the letter is ” an attempt to collect a debt by a debt collector, any information obtained will be used for that purpose. ” And for the account that is still within the limitations, they are n’t reporting the balance correctly, as according to their correspondence.

This is in clear violation of Florida ‘s statute of limitation for attempting to collect a debt. I am filing a dispute for Central Financial Control ‘s disregard for the law and consumer rights.
