Consumer Complaint: From XXXX XXXX to present, today ‘s date XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Synchrony continuous to call telephone number. Synchrony also uses another name GE Money a pseudo for Synchrony bank. I have spoken to a Synchrony representative to stop harassing phone calls. Only a XXXX organization would call to collect or charge late fees on accounts during natural disasters Hurricanes Harvey, Irma and Maria. It is not the consumers fault the USPS mail is effected by the natural disasters.
Synchrony aka GE Money stop violating The Rosenthal Act. Consumers being violated or harassed by Synchrony contact Consumer Financial Protection Board.
