Integrated Recovery Services – Consumer Complaint – December 11, 2017

Consumer Statement:

I was called by a company called Integrated Recovery Services. they do not tell me what it is for, just that they are trying to deliver legal documents. From what I can tell, this is a third party collector for payday loans. They are very nasty and will not offer their location, website, or any info for verifying them. I looked them up on the BBB. 51 complaints and their address goes to a UPS store. They are not legit. they called my upper upper boss yesterday saying they needed to deliver a legal summons to me which is fraudulent, and illegal due to FDCPA collection practices. I cannot find them to make it stop.

Consumer Action Taken:

I called an attorney, He said they are a scam and many out there. He looked up their address and confirmed it is UPS store in Amherst NY which is the capital of collection scams. He said there isn’t anything to do just hope they go away. So I am reporting them to you.
