Consumer Complaint: I have student loan that had defaulted and was turned over to Premiere of North America LLC. Arrangements were made for me to pay {$140.00} dollars each month for 10 months. After 10 months of payment, my loan would be in a current status. These arrangements were set up automatically to be withdrawal from my checking account monthly. Payments started to come out of my checking account automatically, but then the payments stopped. When I contacted Premiere @ XXXX, I was unable to get through ( constantly on hold and then the line would disconnected XXXX to speak with a representative after several attempts. After calling Premiere for several weeks, I finally received a recording stating that they were no longer handling my account and the call was automatically transferred to the XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ). After speaking to a Representative, I was told that there was a dispute going on between Premiere and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and that they could only accept payments but because no paperwork from Premiere was forwarded to them, they could n’t honor the payment arrangements that was made with Premiere and they could n’t off their rehabilitation program because it is only offered once in the lifetime of the loan. I asked for a settlement amount, the representative told me that I need to contact Premiere. I confirmed with the agent that they were aware I was getting referred back to their office. The agent stated that is what he was told to say. I am wanting my name removed off of the CAIVRS list because I have been paying as agreed. I am also requesting that the XXXX XXXX XXXX honor the payment arrangement that was set up with Premiere.
