Consumer Complaint: I dispute illegal Charges against XXXX XXXX XXXX and illegal switching of my plan without my consent and that dispute was with XXXX XXXX credit card services fraud and claims. I won the dispute and what was a temporary credit became permanent. And acting of revenge XXXX XXXX XXXX used XXXX XXXX and Franklin collection companies to harm my financials and destroyed my financial records and unfortunately they succeeded. I was denied loans and the ongoing issue caused me emotional distress. I was able to make XXXX XXXX take off the negative item from my report but the so called Franklin collection gave itself the position of a judge and sided with XXXX XXXX XXXX and ruined my financials .i cant sleep anymore. I filed a complaint just recently against XXXX XXXX XXXX with the FCC : ticket number XXXX. I urge your bureau to protect my rights. This is so illegal. I attached the XXXX XXXX confirmation of dispute completed and credit permament to my credit account. I have XXXX of pages to show when we go to court soon and sue XXXX XXXX XXXX for all the damages and ongoing stress.
