I have previously reported this account to the CFPB in XXXX XXXX and received confirmation that the account would be removed from my credit file from XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, Phone : XXXX. The account was removed by has since been reentered on my credit file on XXXX XXXX, XXXX. After being denied credit recently I checked my report to find that this account has been entered once again on my credit report.
