I also requested them to cease telephone communication yet their auto dialer still calls me several times a day. This debt is not mine and I am demanding proof of this debt. I also disputed this debt yet its not showing as such. This is a violation of the FCRA. I also do not believe this company is bonded to collect in my state. If my rights are violated in anyway I will seek actual and statutory damages against you and your client.
