Consumer Complaint: I made a purchase on Victoria ‘s Secret credit card back between XXXX XXXX. I returned the item which should have taken the charge off of my account and brought the balance to {$0.00}. Instead I started receiving calls that I owe {$25.00}. I explained that I returned the item and stopped receiving calls for a while. Then I started receiving repeated calls and texts to my cell phone from condemnity bank several times a day, repeatedly. Finally my attorney sent a letter asking for the calls and texts to stop. They stopped for a little while but shortly started again. They call back to back from cell phone to house phone. They send several letter in a loud pink envelope saying I owe over {$100.00}. A large increase from the {$25.00} dollars that they wrongfully accused me of previously.
I also received several different threatening voicemails. They often call from anonymous or unknown numbers. ( See attached )
