Consumer Complaint: I called XXXX XXXX XXXX to tell them this wasnt my account they ran my social security number and agreed it was not mine and said that they would take care of it. Its still on my credit report and is also showing up in collections with a company called LVNV FUNDING LLC. I mailed a dispute letter to them and XXXX XXXX XXXX and its still on my report and its obviously not my account.
