Consumer Complaint: The bank/credit card is XXXX XXXX. They perpetrate all of the items you list as ” most describes your issue ”, I have moved and filled out the section on the bill of X/X/17 as per they ‘re instructions to change my address subsequent to this I have now moved and am being harassed for payment. On XX/XX/XXXX I paid my bill ( {$22.00} ) and now realize I have not received a new one. I answered a call just a couple of days ago and told them my new address and the woman said it has been changed, I asked for a copy of the recording because I did not hang up until that was said. I just now, before XXXX received another collection call and told them I changed the address get me a bill.

What I want is these people and others like them to be made to do their jobs and not have the ability to just start harassing people especially when it is their own incompetence causing the problem. I followed their instructions, they did n’t do their job and I am being harassed. someone should loose there job and I should be able to sue the individuals responsible and the company! that would make them do what they were supposed to do.

This is the second time Citi has caused me a problem and that should not be tolerated. A individual like me ca n’t do anything, but you should go after these people!!!!!!!
