Consumer Complaint: I would Like to file a complaint on XXXX XXXX XXXX at Onemainfinancial company This person or compnay is constance harassing me. They call me as much as 5 to 10 times in one day to collect Payment that IS NOT EVEN 30 DAYS PASSED DUE I made a payment on Friday XXXX to this company On Saturday XX/XX/XXXX there was a letter in the US MAIL from XXXX XXXX XXXX thanking me for my payment also enclosed in his letter was a message saying your payment is still past due. Just to be clear with XXXX My payments are due on the XXXX of each Month so Therefore you should have not sent out a message like that. Per the FCRA i HAVE 30 days to pay the balance before you can even think about reporting a late On my credit report. I was well In the 30 days deadline. ( I noticed in your letter dated on XX/XX/XXXX You states XX/XX/XXXX That is dead wrong per my contract my payments are due the XXXX of each Month. and I have until The XXXX Of the next before you can report any lates to either of the reporting agencies.. This company have called My Phone so many times in one day That I had to contact My phone carrier to block there Number from calling. Now I ‘m getting letters each day from this company. I ask them to please stop contacting me via Phone or US mail or else I will take legal action and File a lawsuit. This is unreal Onemain will get your money stop with the Phone calls and mailing.
