Consumer Complaint: My teenage daughter received a phone call on her cell phone from Chrysler Capital looking for an old neighbor that moved a year ago.

I find it appalling that someone with Chrysler Capital thought it would be okay to do this.

An employee of Chrysler Capital had to go online and look for a name or address of an old neighbor to the debtor in an attempt to track him down. They anticipated an old neighbor ( me ) will let him know about the call in an attempt to shame him into taking care of his debt.

I will not do Chrysler Capital ‘s job for them. They should be stopped from using tactics like this on others.
