Consumer Complaint: My complaint is with a Collection Agency called Healthcare Receivables. The sent me a bill of 3 charges for XXXX university for a total of {$630.00}. The sent this bill with only charges, no date of service and no true Validation of date. I would need Validation of this debt not verification. First I have never been to XXXX University, I do not even stay close to this area. Second I have been XXXX and have had XXXX since XXXX of this year and before that and during XXXX I also had XXXX XXXX who I spoke to and they confirmed they paid all my vlaims from when I had insurance with XXXX. XXXX has been covering all my hospital bills and doctor bills, so I do not know where this account come from or why it was n’t submitted to medicaid. I called this Helthcare Receivables and typed in the account number on the bill received and they gave me a different amount or {$720.00} due. I have never been to XXXX University and if this is Physician bill from another XXXX I go to this would need to be submitted to XXXX. But this bill is unclear and does not even have a Date of Service.
