Consumer Complaint: On XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, I received a debt collection notice for {$1300.00}. Because I was clueless about the specifics of this debt, I immediately called the Credit Collection Services company and was instructed by a supervisor to submit a form to them via their website platform disputing the validity of this debt. This was on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. Today is XXXX/XXXX/XXXX and I have still not received the information I requested and it has been more than 30 days after my initial letter disputing the validity of this debt.

On XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, I received another letter dated XXXX/XXXX/XXXX from the Credit Collection Services. I immediately called them and informed them that I submitted to them a request for validation and more information about the specifics of this debt. The representative did not address my concerns. I want to know what exactly this debt is for in very specific detail. I have every right to request this very important information.

This is not the first time this company has failed to address my concerns after me making every effort to reach out to them. I would like for this company to address my request for more information and or to cease their collection efforts.
