Consumer Complaint: I have been receiving calls from a collection agency while at work and they have kept me on the phone for long periods of time and demand that I pay them immediately. The agency has reported that they are charging me interest and increasing the amount they demand for. I received a call from them last year in XXXX and they were giving me false information and accusing me of not making payments which I had proof that I did from my bank statements. I am still receiving calls and they keep demanding higher and higher amounts every time they call.
