I dispute the validity of this company ‘s reporting and request that this information be removed from my credit report with all three agencies immediately. The bases of my complaint, in summary, are as follows : 1. I never received notice from this company that they purchased this debt. The very first notification I received was in XXXX XXXX. I submitted a complaint with respect to this and the company failed to address this aspect of my complaint at all but ” completed ” its investigation.
2. This company reported to all three credit agencies that the first time I was delinquent was XXXX XXXX. I demand proof that THIS company even owned the debt at that date. They are reporting delinquency of a debt they did not own in XXXX XXXX.
