Consumer Complaint: After reviewing my credit reports from all three credit bureaus, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX … This collection account from AMERICOLLECT for the balance of {$450.00} was placed on my credit reports, and is reported twice on each of my credit reports without my authorization. I requested through certified mail to AMERICOLLECT copies of documentation that were used to verify the accuracy of these accounts. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 U.S.C. I have all the rights for this agency to disclose to me all the documentation that was recorded and retained in the files. I have not received no answer or anything in writing. I have been receiving harassing phone calls daily threatening to damage my reputation and credit worthiness, with these unverified accounts and distributing them to 3rd parties. These inquires add a hardship, and violates my legal rights and protections. Please help assist me with allowing this collection agency to stop victimizing me.
