Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XXXX, XXXX I received a email that Integrated Services was the collection Company that received the case from XXXX. For a total of XXXX I agreed for a settlement of XXXX to be paid in XXXX payments as follows ; XXXX/XXXX/XXXX XXXX} XXXX/XXXX/XXXX XXXX XXXX/XXXX/XXXX XXXX XXXX/XXXX/XXXX XXXX For a total of XXXX After I received this email I was told by XXXX XXXX XXXX that a processing fee of XXXX} will be added for each payment. I explained that the Settlement Letter did not include any processing fees. I also told XXXX XXXX that I was suspicious that the Settlement agreement was not signed by anyone or himself. I told him I will not honor any document without a Company official member signature. After calling the office several times to speak with XXXX. He finally send me a email dated XXXX XXXX with the XXXX XXXX XXXX on XXXX page and his name on the second page XXXX XXXX. On XXXX XXXX I sent an email indicating I only put XXXX payment as agreed for XXXX XXXX that same day about XXXX am est XXXX called XXXX XXXX and harass him about my XXXX payment that was declined from my account After being threaten by Company Lawyer XXXX XXXX and XXXX they XXXX and made a withdrawal of XXXX. I requested a copy of my new balance with should be XXXX that was not send to me via email. If I do not reveive my new balance of XXXX I think this is a fraudulent transaction made by Integrated Recovery Services..I also requested that they contact me via US Postal Services XXXX no more email correspondence. They both was rude and scandalous and scammers. And threatening me with a court prodeeding, I need this company to be investigated for using bully tactics and disrespecting their clients, and not being honest about the selltement agreements by adding so call processing fees after sending the selltement agreement, and stil not sending a new selltement agreement with the fees.
